All products sold on Zen License are 100% digital. No physical items (such as CDs, DVDs, or USB drives) will be shipped to your postal address.

2. Delivery Method & Timeframe
- Instant Electronic Delivery: Once your payment is confirmed, your product license key along with download and activation instructions will be sent electronically to the email address provided at checkout.
- Delivery Time: Delivery occurs within seconds (up to 5 minutes) after payment confirmation. 
- Email Delivery Note: If you do not see your order in your primary inbox within 5 minutes, please check your Spam or Junk folder.

3. Shipping Fees
Since all orders are delivered digitally via email, shipping is 100% Free worldwide. There are no handling fees, physical delivery charges, or hidden shipping costs.

4. Incorrect Email Address
If you discover that you entered an incorrect email address during checkout, please contact us immediately at support@zenlicence.io. If the digital key has not yet been dispatched, we will update your order details promptly.

5. System Requirements
Please ensure that your device meets the minimum system requirements for the software before placing an order. Once a digital key has been delivered, our Refund Policy applies.
