Refund policy
At ZenLicense, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their digital purchases. Since we sell Digital Product Keys, the return process is different from physical goods.
1. Digital Delivery Returns Due to the nature of digital software and license keys, once a product key has been delivered to your email and viewed, it is considered "used" and cannot be returned or refunded in the traditional sense. Unlike physical goods, digital keys cannot be physically returned to our warehouse.
2. 100% Activation Guarantee Your satisfaction and successful activation are our top priorities.

If the license key you received is faulty or does not activate your software, we offer a 100% replacement guarantee or a full refund.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must contact us at support@zenlicence.io within 30 days of purchase.

We may ask for a screenshot of the error message to help our technical team resolve the issue or process the refund.
3. Refunds If your refund is approved:

It will be processed automatically to your original payment method (PayPal or Credit Card).

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account, depending on your financial institution.
4. Cancellations You can request a cancellation and a full refund as long as the digital key has not yet been sent to your email. Once the key is delivered, the "Digital Delivery" rule (Section 1) applies.
5. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period Regarding digital content, the right of withdrawal expires as soon as the digital content (the license key) is delivered to the consumer's email address at the consumer's request and after the consumer has acknowledged that they lose their right of withdrawal once the delivery has started.
